European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
